HAUL WEIGH systems are designed for trucks and trailers with air suspension and can be fitted to a wide range of commercial vehicles.
Can I install the system myself, or do I need a technician?
Most HAUL WEIGH kits are DIY-friendly, but professional installation is recommended for best results—especially for multi-axle or complex configurations.
Do your scales work with mechanical or spring suspension?
HAUL WEIGH systems are primarily designed for air suspension vehicles. However, we do offer custom solutions for spring suspension setups—please contact us directly to discuss compatibility for your vehicle.
How accurate are HAUL WEIGH scales?
Our systems provide weight readings typically accurate to within ±1% of the vehicle’s gross weight when properly calibrated.
Do I need to recalibrate the system regularly?
We recommend checking calibration monthly or whenever major changes are made to your suspension or trailer setup.
Can I view weight readings from inside the truck?
Yes. Our in-cabin displays and optional mobile app allow drivers to monitor weights in real time from inside the cab or outside the vehicle.
Is the system legal for trade?
No, HAUL WEIGH systems are for reference and compliance purposes only and are not certified for trade weighing.
Is there an app for HAUL WEIGH?
Yes. The HAUL WEIGH mobile app is available for both Android and iPhone and allows users to view live weights, switch between units, and monitor multiple vehicles.
How does HAUL WEIGH compare to weighbridges?
Unlike weighbridges, HAUL WEIGH gives you live axle weights on site, saving time and reducing dependency on external weigh stations.
How long does installation take?
Basic single truck installs can be completed in 2 to 3 hours. More complex configurations may take longer.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship HAUL WEIGH systems worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. If outside of Australia, New Zealand, USA or Canada, please email us to place an order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method:
Australia: Express shipping typically arrives within 2 business days. Standard shipping can take up to 7 business days.
USA: Express shipping usually arrives within 3 to 5 business days. Standard shipping may take up to 2 weeks.
Canada: Express shipping typically arrives within 3 to 6 business days. Standard delivery can take 1 to 2 weeks.
