Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with HAUL WEIGH.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or faulty item).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable due to their custom nature or electronic configuration. These include:

  • Custom-built truck scale systems

  • Opened or used electronic components

  • Installed products or products with signs of use

  • Software licenses or downloadable products

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us first.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
